Application Process

curated list of study abroad programs and universities that align with their preferences

Step 5: Application Preparation
Once the client has selected a study abroad program, the agency will assist them in
preparing and submitting their application materials. This may include completing
application forms, writing personal statements, obtaining academic transcripts, securing
letters of recommendation, and fulfilling any other requirements specified by the
university or program.

Step 6: Visa Assistance
The agency will guide the client through the visa application process. This may involve
providing information on visa requirements, assisting with visa application forms,
scheduling visa appointments, and preparing supporting documents.

Step 7: Accommodation and Travel Arrangements
Once the client's application has been accepted and their visa has been approved, the
agency will assist them in arranging accommodation and making travel arrangements to

their destination country. This may include coordinating housing options, booking flights,
and providing information on transportation and arrival procedures.
Step 8: Pre-Departure Orientation
Before departure, the agency will conduct a pre-departure orientation session to
prepare the client for their study abroad experience. This may cover topics such as
cultural adaptation, academic expectations, health and safety tips, and practical advice
for living abroad.

Step 9: Ongoing Support
Throughout the client's study abroad journey, the agency will provide ongoing support

Step 10: Program Completion and Follow-Up
