On November 19, 44 years of the Republic of China, a monument was erected. In the 47th year of the Republic of China, Taiwan’s medical education environment was not very good, and there was only one private medical school in the south except for the National Taiwan University School of Medicine. Therefore, at that time, there was a group of people who loved traditional Chinese medicine, including Qin Qin, Chen Gu and Mr. Chen Gongyan, etc., who initiated the grand wish of taking root in traditional Chinese medicine in Taiwan, and Mr. Chen Gu, a traditional Chinese medicine physician in Taichung City, donated a piece of land in Taichung City’s North District to build a school, which is the current school land, and recommended Qin Qin as the first chairman, and has gone through five chairmen in the past 50 years, including Yang Zhaojia, Wang Depu, Xie Dongmin, and Chen Lifu. On March 18, 90 years of the Republic of China, the board of directors of the school held a meeting, and all directors unanimously elected Director Cai Changhai as the 14th chairman of the board of directors of the school.
